With over ten years in the classroom, I’ve built a strong understanding of learning, culture, and the environments young people need to thrive.
Leadership Across the School
I bring six years of middle leadership experience as Head of English, leading curriculum design, department strategy, and teacher development. I later progressed into Senior Leadership, taking responsibility for Whole School Literacy and driving a unified, cross-curricular approach to reading and writing
